Question 1

Do we have to manage inventory?

Accepted Answer

No. Products are made to order, so your group does not need to guess sizes or hold inventory.

Question 2

Are there setup fees?

Accepted Answer

In Play Fundraiser is designed to remove unnecessary upfront friction. Reach out for current fee details.

Question 3

How do supporters place orders?

Accepted Answer

Supporters order directly through an online storefront that can be shared with your community.

Question 4

What products can we customize?

Accepted Answer

Current product categories include sweatshirts, knit hats, scarves, caps, towels, blankets, popcorn, and chocolate.

Question 5

Can we use our logo, mascot, or slogan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The collection can be customized around your organization’s colors, logo, mascot, artwork, slogan, or cause.

Question 6

Can we add a sponsor logo to the products?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Many groups sell a sponsor spot on the product — a small logo on a sleeve, cuff, hem, or blanket corner. We handle the artwork and placement, and the sponsor money can offset product cost or increase your profit.

Question 7

What do we get besides the money raised?

Accepted Answer

Visibility. Every blanket, knit hat, scarf, and cap keeps promoting your club or team around your community long after the store closes — so your campaign raises money and markets your group at the same time.

Question 8

Who is this best for?

Accepted Answer

In Play Fundraiser is built for athletic organizations — soccer clubs, hockey and lacrosse associations, baseball and softball programs, volleyball, gymnastics, swim, and wrestling clubs.
